Megan Watt is Executive Vice President, Head of North America Claims at Chubb. She lead all aspects of Chubb North America claims management, service and administration for the commercial and personal insurance businesses.
Ms. Watt has close to three decades of insurance experience and has served in a variety of leadership capacities.
Patricia Saporito, CPCU
Pat is a data analytics consultant; she is founder and principal consultant at Saporito & Associates, LLC where she helps companies innovate and grow their businesses through data and analytics. Previously, she led the global analytics strategy program at SAP across all industries and was their insurance industry analytics expert.

Carol Vorhees, CPCU, PMP
Carol Voorhees has served as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer since April 2018.
Carol joined NJM in 1996 as a systems analyst. During the next decade, she held positions of increasing responsibility in the Information Technology Department. She led major technology initiatives across all lines of business in support of the company’s strategic goals.
Christine Prendergast is Head of Claims of the US P&C Operations, Senior Vice President of Munich Re America Services, Inc. and Chief Claims Officer of Munich Reinsurance America, Inc.
In her role, she leads the Reinsurance and Insurance Claims teams in the US P&C region across several business units, including Claims Runoff Solutions and Operations, Analytics and Reporting.
Christine is a member of the bar and holds a law degree from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, Germany.

Brett Kahn litigates in multiple practice areas, and he seasons his practice by consulting with
clients on day-to-day and strategic business transactions. He concentrates his practice on
contractual and commercial litigation matters arising in state and federal court, and in domestic and international arbitrations. Brett specializes in contract disputes – in particular insurance coverage matters on behalf of policyholders-but he has successfully represented
clients in litigation involving many different subject matters, including real estate,
construction, services contracts, product liability, employment, benefits and title insurance.
James J. Venezia, CPCU
Jim is an insurance and risk management professional who began his career in 1985 after graduating from Villanova University with a degree in Accountancy. He is a Broker with Phoenix Insurance Group Inc.
He creates, evaluates, improves and manages insurance programs (from simple to highly complex) which help innovative, entrepreneurial, and disruptive organizations, executives and professionals manage risk and add value to their operations. Jim is a student of insurance as well as a student of his client’s business operations, translating knowledge into superior decision making. His unique value in achieving consistently excellent outcomes is based upon his level of fitness, experience, network and ability to simplify and communicate complex insurance and risk management matters.
Serves as Building Consultant for H2M architects + engineering, a Long Island, NY firm recognized as a regional expert in public sector, commercial, firematics, and forensic engineering. In this role Patrick serves as an insurance carrier subject matter expert for the firm, advising and interacting with staff in ensuring carrier needs are met. Additionally, Patrick is charged with observing and anticipating ‘what comes next’ in the insurance carrier world.
As a passionate follower of the global insurance innovation initiatives, Pat interacts with the industry as the ‘Insurance Elephant’. He composes a weekly InsurTech column for the Daily Fintech, has initiated a start-up firm known as the Ten C’s Project that is pursuing parametric options for pandemics and other systemic risks.

Served in variety of roles at AM Best, both in the United States and overseas, including most recently in the role of Managing Director, Analytics, where Stefan managed a London-based team covering the European, Middle Eastern and African insurance markets.
Prior to joining AM Best, Stefan was Audit Manager at the Jefferson Insurance Group (a specialty lines subsidiary of Allianz SE).
